Frosty Fiesta had a great product and a distinctive brand. What they didn't have was a website, any Google visibility, or a single online booking. Their competitors had years of SEO history. We had a blank canvas and a deadline.
Frosty Fiesta Gelato had no website and no digital presence. The business relied entirely on word of mouth with no way for potential clients to find them, understand their services, or make an enquiry online. There were zero digital bookings and zero visibility on Google against competitors who had been established for years.

Research before architecture. Intent before copy.
Before writing a single line of copy, I needed to understand exactly who would be searching for a gelato cart hire service, and what they actually typed into Google when they were ready to book.
The research pointed to four distinct buyer personas with very different search behaviours:
Each persona had its own keyword intent, its own objections, and its own reason to choose Frosty Fiesta over a competitor. The homepage was built to speak to all four simultaneously, with a single CTA driving to one high-intent enquiry form. The four service subpages were architected in parallel as the long-term SEO scalability blueprint, each with its own keyword focus, structured for future publishing as the business grows.
